The Olofin of Isheri, the Royal Majesty, Oba Nurudeen Adekanbi marks 10 years on his throne.

It was a day for the people of Isheri Community in Ogun State to roll out the drum to celebrate.

The Oba was welcomed into the venue of the event by his guests in cheers.

For the Monarch, maintaining peace and progress in the community has been greatest achievement since he ascended the throne.

The Osile of Oke Ona Egba, Dr Adedapo Tejusho, was one of the royal guests present.

Oba Adekanbi was inducted as a Royal diplomat of the Africa Majesty International.

The Oba, who is the 19 Olofin to rule Isheri believed to be the cradle of the Awoyi’s, rounded-off the anniversary by showing off some dance steps.
