Former British and Commonwealth heavyweight champion; Dereck Chisora will not be in the best of mood right now as the British Boxing Board of Control decided to withdraw his boxing license over the brawl he had with David after his loss to WBC heavyweight champion Vitali Klitschko last month February 18th precisely in Munich Germany.

The British Boxing Board decided to withdraw his boxing license for an indefinite period of time as the promoter of the former British heavyweight champion Frank Warren is yet to decide if the Chisora clique will appeal the decision or not as they now have exactly 14 days to appeal the decision.

There are chances that Dereck Chisora will explore the option of going outside of the UK to fight as he does not stand a chance of getting back into the ring in the UK for another six months because it was an indefinite withdrawal of his license as it may take more months or even years to get back the boxing license.

So is sitting and waiting for the boxing board advisable for Dereck Chisora?

The Board’s decision was not only based on the brawl he had with David Haye but the fact that Chisora also slapped Vitali in the face in the weigh-in a day before the fight, and then on the night of the fight, Chisora spat water into the face of Wladimir Klitschko.
