The National Vice Chairman of the Nigerian Labour Congress, Isa Aremu on Friday threw his weight behind the signing of performance contract between President Goodluck Jonathan and the members of his cabinet.
Mr Aremu said that performance should be tied to reward and sanctions.
The NLC Vice President spoke as a guest on Channels Television’s breakfast programme, Sunrise Daily.
