Noting that the credibility of a nation’s judiciary is critical to foreign direct investment, Barrister Onyekachi Ubani argues that Nigeria must learn from how South Africa and the United Kingdom have in no time handled corruption and terrorism charges involving two prominent Nigerians.

He called for a quick review of the nation’s Criminal Procedural Laws to reflect the reality which will enhance delivery of justice quickly.
