The government of Bayelsa state today announced the appointment  of Dame Didi Walson-Jack as the Chief of Staff, Government House Yenagoa.

She was until her appointment the commissioner for science, technology and manpower development in the state.

Also appointed is Chief Diekivie Ikiogha who is now the head of the Bayelsa state liaison office in Abuja.

His appointment became necessary in view of the governor’s increased engagements and official programmes in the nation’s federal capital.
