The Chief Executive Officer, Con- Edge Enterprises, Joel Osebor has said that creativity is the main key that drives business especially in the Small Medium Enterprise System.

He said that adding creativity to business has become necessary due to the way technology has changed around the world.

“To make a small business grow and yield increase, creativity is key,” he said.

Speaking on Channels Business Morning, Mr. Osebor explained that creativity was another way of doing things extra to be able to stand out in business.

Mr. Osebor shed light on some businesses that have spring forth in a creative way, which he said was the retail–online business.

“Customers don’t have to go to the counter to perform their various business activities. they can buy things online and pay in some cases on arrival,” he stressed.
