The British High Commissioner, Paul Artwright has commissioned a sexual assault referral center in Enugu State, supported by Justice For All; a programme of the Department For International Development (DFID).

“No success can last without being embedded in policy and institutions and championed by people in the position of leadership.

“It’s comforting to see that this leadership is shown by his Excellency, here in Enugu State and I thank you for that sir.

“I, particularly want to thank you, your Excellency, for the support you have given J4A since your election two years ago.

“This cuts across the courts to ensuring the legacy of case management system in the Ministry Of Justice, an initiative by J4A.

“Handing over TamarSARC is another example of the government of Enugu State ensuring sustainability of the initiative launched with the support of the UK,” the British Envoy said.
