The House of Reps Committee on Public Finance has expressed concern over the huge backlog of unanswered queries levelled against government ministries, departments and agencies from the auditor general of the nation.
Some of these queries go as far back as 2010 and relate to a breech of public procurement laws and misappropriation of funds.
The government agencies namely the Central Bank Nigeria (CBN), Federal Housing Authority are before the Reps Committee on Public account to answer the queries.
