Justice Demi-Ajayi convicted and sentenced him to one-year imprisonment accordingly.

The EFCC said Ogbemudia’s trouble started on February 6, 2017, when he stood as a surety for one Michael Ogbonavbare, a suspect being investigated by the commission.

Investigations later showed that Ogbemudia presented a document which upon verification by the EFCC was discovered to have been forged.
