Speaking at a public presentation of the book entitled, “the Boko Haram Phenomenon and Terrorism in Nigeria”, Rear Admiral Abdullahi said the nation’s armed forces could achieve total victory against Boko Haram with the cooperation of the public.
He, however, admits that achieving a complete annihilation of Boko Haram insurgents may take a little while.
Gathered at the auditorium of the National Defence College were security experts from the various arms of the nation’s armed forces to witness the public presentation of the book.
The chairman of the occasion, Rear Admiral Peter Agba, called for a holistic approach to the fight against insurgency.
