The Urhobo Youth Forum has faulted the Delta State Advocacy Committee over neglect during the course of their visit to oil producing communities in the state.

According to the youths, they were not carried along by the Committee in putting an immediate stop to the activities of the vandals.

However, the Committee, through its spokesperson, Doris Aboh, in says they only undertook the first phase of their assignment, promising that in the next phase, every ethnic group will be carried along.

The recent and ongoing spate in vandalism of oil facilities necessitated more action on the part of the government to swing into creeks engaging people to put an immediate stop to the activities of the vandals.
