The Inspector General of Police, IGP Solomon Arase, has tasked officials of the Nigeria Police Force to redouble their efforts in ensuring ‘a safe Nigeria’.

IGP Arase made the call on Monday while commissioning the Commissioner’s quarters and the Police Officers’ Mess in Abuja, the nation’s capital.

He told the officials that Nigeria would gain a lot from a well-motivated Police force.

The Police boss promised a boost that would enable the workers perform their duties optimally.

He reiterated that their welfare remained a top priority of his administration.
