In this edition of Question Time, the Managing Director of the Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN), George Uriesi, clears the air on the controversies surrounding the concession agreement between Bi-Courtney Aviation Services and the aviation agency.
Mr. Uriesi describes the agreement between FAAN and Bi-Courtney as “non-value adding,” adding that they are agreements which are largely to the disadvantage of the agency.
Uriesi declares that the days of private companies milking government agencies are over.
